Brighton Hall Orientation a Success!
Today, Brighton Hall kicked off the new school year with a vibrant Orientation Day. The event provided a warm welcome to returning students and an opportunity for new families to familiarize themselves with Brighton Hall's diverse community.
Principal Angie Peiris set the tone for the day, welcoming students and parents back to campus. She introduced two new additions to the Brighton Hall faculty: Ms. Puterbaugh, who will be teaching elementary, and Ms. Mann, who will be taking on the role of English teacher.
Luis Curet, the school’s Director of School Operations, outlined the exciting changes in store for the year. He announced updates to the dress code policy, introduced new updates to the class schedule, and reassured families about the enhanced security measures implemented on campus.
After the welcome address, parents and students embarked on a tour of the school, visiting classrooms to meet teachers and discuss the year’s syllabus. The campus itself looked refreshed and inviting, thanks to recent renovations and improvements.
Brighton Hall also highlighted its expanded After School Program, which is now open to neighborhood children seeking quality after-school care. This initiative aligns with the school’s commitment to providing comprehensive educational and developmental opportunities for young learners.
As the day concluded, it was evident that Brighton Hall had successfully created a positive and welcoming atmosphere for the start of the new academic year. Students were eager to reconnect with friends, teachers were excited to begin their new classes, and parents were reassured by the school’s commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for their children.
